LiberNovo Omni Dynamic Ergonomic Chair

The Omni is the chair the LiberNovo family is named after — the original dynamic platform, built on a simple bet: a chair that moves with you beats a chair that holds still. Its Bionic FlexFit backrest rides on a chip-controlled motor system, so support doesn't just follow your spine — it can actively work on it.

A backrest with a motor where the lumbar bar would be

Eight flexible panels, fourteen dual-connection points and sixteen spherical pivots form a backrest that flexes like a spine. Behind it, the ErgoPulse Motor System sculpts the panels into an S-shaped support curve and holds it through every posture — chip-controlled, with six dynamic adjustment modes, 50 mm (1.97 in) of lumbar travel and 109 mm (4.3 in) of seat-height adjustment, all from buttons on the armrest.

Differential tilt keeps the screen in front of your eyes as you recline — the headrest and backrest angle at different rates, so leaning back doesn't mean looking at the ceiling.

OmniStretch: recline, stretch, reset

Lean back, press the stretch control on the armrest, and the backrest runs a gentle motorised traction cycle — a 50 mm (1.97 in) deep spinal stretch that releases the tension a static chair just holds in place. Five minutes, without standing up.

Four ways to sit, 105° to 160°

Lock the recline anywhere from an upright, slightly-open 105° to a close-to-flat 160° across four positions — focused work at one end, full recovery at the other.

Zoned comfort

• Neck rest built on hydrophilic sponge memory foam — breathable, with a 5 kg support rating
• Triple-layer backrest construction: a skin-friendly stretch layer, a pressure-relief wrap and eight aerospace-grade resilient panels
• Three-zone multi-density seat: a softer front edge for thigh relief, a contouring middle, and a firmer rear zone that keeps the pelvis stable

Powered for months, not hours

The removable 2,200 mAh battery charges over USB-C in about 3½ hours and is sized for how the chair is actually used: around 30 days with one full stretch cycle a day, and up to a year if you only occasionally adjust position. A spare battery swaps in, in seconds.

Tested like contract furniture

BIFMA X5.1 certified, with the backrest tested to 120,000 cycles at 445 N, the seat through 100,000 impact cycles, the base and castors through 100,000 rolling cycles and the armrests to 60,000. The powered systems carry UL 962, UL 2054 and UL 62133-2 certifications plus FCC compliance, alongside GREENGUARD, TB117 and CA Prop 65. Rated for heights of 153–186 cm and loads to 136 kg (BIFMA).
