The Omni is the chair the LiberNovo family is named after — the original dynamic platform, built on a simple bet: a chair that moves with you beats a chair that holds still. Its Bionic FlexFit backrest rides on a chip-controlled motor system, so support doesn't just follow your spine — it can actively work on it.
A backrest with a motor where the lumbar bar would be
Eight flexible panels, fourteen dual-connection points and sixteen spherical pivots form a backrest that flexes like a spine. Behind it, the ErgoPulse Motor System sculpts the panels into an S-shaped support curve and holds it through every posture — chip-controlled, with six dynamic adjustment modes, 50 mm (1.97 in) of lumbar travel and 109 mm (4.3 in) of seat-height adjustment, all from buttons on the armrest.

Will the Omni fit me?
It's rated for heights of roughly 153–186 cm and loads up to 136 kg under the BIFMA test standard (the European EN1335 rating is 110 kg). We carry the 48 cm seat depth — the deeper of the two the platform is built in, sized for fuller thigh support.
What does 'dynamic' actually mean here?

What is OmniStretch?

How often does it need charging?
The removable 2,200 mAh battery charges over USB-C in about 3½ hours. With one full stretch cycle a day it lasts around 30 days; if you only occasionally adjust position, up to a year. Spare batteries are available and swap in seconds.
Does it need assembly?
Yes — the Omni ships as components: backrest, seat with armrests, back support bar, neck support, base, gas lift and castors. It assembles with the included screwdriver, all fixings and a pair of safety gloves are in the box, and the battery slots in — no wiring.
How is the Omni different from the SE and the Pro?
All three share the FlexFit backrest and dynamic tracking. The SE is the manual edition — a hand-set lumbar bar, nothing to charge. The Omni adds the chip-controlled ErgoPulse motor with the OmniStretch spinal stretch. The Omni Pro adds that plus an actively ventilated seat, Danish Gabriel Atlantic upholstery and a reinforced aluminium-alloy base.
Why does the recline start at 105° rather than a bolt-upright 90°?
The most upright of the four locks is a slightly open 105°. Keeping a small opening between torso and thighs reduces pressure on the lower spine compared with sitting at a rigid right angle — you stay engaged without perching.
